Lisa Roland-Labiosa is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in public health and social services, both domestically and internationally. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in a diverse range of settings, including Community Based Organizations, Community Health Centers/FQHCs, hospitals, and state government. Her expertise encompasses operations management, systems/process implementation, program design, development, and monitoring, contract management, and community engagement.
Lisa has a proven track record of success in achieving strategic goals. She is deeply committed to advocating for the creation of effective multi-sectoral interventions to address social determinants and structural barriers.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Oberlin College and a Master’s degree in Public Health with a focus on Population Planning and International Health from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
